Jay L. Schiffman taught mathematics and mathematics education courses at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey from 1993-2021. I am now retired and continue to pursue my passion for mathematics. My research interests include number theory, discrete mathematics, and the interface of mathematics with technology. I enjoy presenting at mathematical conferences as well as writing expository articles in mathematics and mathematics education. I am a member of the MAA and NCTM among my active professional memberships.
