About me
I have received both the Robert Rosenbaum Award for leadership and significant contributions to the mathematics community by ATOMIC and the Besty Carter Award for Mathematics Leadership from the Ct Council of Leaders of Mathematics (CCLM) and am a co-author of the Equity in Mathematics Education: A Joint Position Statement that is the leading driver of change in mathematics education in our state. I am a retired k-12 math supervisor who currently provides a variety of services as a self-employed mathematics consultant, including workshops on a variety of topics, math curriculum writing and reviews, and teacher coaching. I have served two 2-year terms as President of CCLM and served for many years as a visiting team chairman for the NEASC Commission on Public Secondary Schools.
